Pink-tender meat, fresh fish, selected herbs and spices, crisp, fresh vegetables, high-quality cooking oils, seasonal delicacies, smoked meats from the region and a passion for good food – these are the ingredients that our team uses to prepare the classics of good cuisine for you.
We also like to reinterpret the standards from time to time and spoil you with our own creations, which we make sure are in season and come from producers who have informed us about their production on site. After all, the quality farms in the Black Forest supply food of outstanding quality, so why go far afield when the good stuff is so close?
Would you prefer a quick snack in the Maximilian-Stube, or would you prefer to dine for several hours in one of the restaurants? We are happy to fulfill both wishes – and all variations in between -, recommend suitable wines and ensure that you want for nothing. Simply tell us what speed you want when you place your order and we will be happy to adjust to it.
We recommend dishes that are suitable for allergy sufferers and vegetarians will also get their money’s worth, not just at the extensive salad buffet. The fact that there is also a beef steak on our children’s menu is not a luxury, but a matter of equality.
