Your tasks
- Support in preparing the mise en place for our breakfast and à la carte business
- Preparation of dishes in the à la carte area and for various buffets
- Shared responsibility for a smooth operational process
- Quality controller
- Monitoring and compliance with our quality standards
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines
- You take on general cleaning work in the kitchen
Your profile
- High flyer
- Successfully completed training as a chef or suitable professional experience as a career changer
- Rock in the surf
- You love your job and keep an overview – even when things get heated
- A feeling for languages. You have a good command of German
- Ideally work experience as a chef in the hotel or catering industry
- An open-minded personality
- Independent and proactive work
- Desire and fun to integrate into our team
