However, we are also happy to shake things up now and again and spoil you with our own creations; here it is really important to us that they are appropriate to the season and that the ingredients come from growers or breeders whose processes we have experienced first-hand. After all, the quality farms and business in the Black Forest supply foods of an extremely high standard – why travel far afield when the good stuff is on our doorstep?
Do you fancy a quick snack in the Maximilian-Stube, or do you like to spend many hours dining in one of the restaurants? We are happy to meet both of these requests – and all variants in between. We will recommend suitable wines to you and ensure you have everything you need. Simply tell us when ordering how fast things need to go and we will gladly make it happen.
We will recommend suitable dishes to those with allergies, and vegetarians will also get their money’s worth – and not just at the extensive salad buffet. Incidentally, the fact that there is a (beef)steak on the children’s menu is not luxury – it’s a matter of equal rights.
